If you are using the FPP Jukebox plugin you integrate it with your donations.
The setup is simple install the FPP Jukebox plugin the Plugin Manger in FPP. Follow the setup setup instructions in the docs here
In the bottom right of the Jukebox screen you will the Donate Today button this will bring up a dialog of donation. These are the amount you setup in the amounts screen.
Donation options will display in list in model window. There is inactivty timeout on the model window. If you guest opens it and does nothing will close automatically after 30 seconds of inactivty.
Colors of the header and donation/close buttons will follow the color you have set in the setting screen.
Note: There is no option to show your charity logo in the donation dialog. Your charity name will show below the Make a donation text.
